She's fun, talented, kind, and Celine Dion's #1 fan! Though classically trained, Jenene Caramielo is as adept at belting a Celine or Whitney Houston power ballad as she is performing an aria, or captivating audiences with Broadway show tunes.
After studying classical voice at the Civic Light Opera in Pittsburgh, as well as Carnegie Mellon University, Jenene graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from Shenandoah Conservatory.
Jenene honed her craft with a variety of experiences... including early work in regional theater musicals such as The Music Man and Fiddler on the Roof, to opera workshops including Aida, to lead vocalist stints in pop music-packed productions. Jenene’s lifelong training and work in voice, dance, piano, and acting & improvisation has thrilled audiences across the US and in numerous countries.
Jenene has shared a stage with Chicago, opened for the Beach Boys, kicked off Major League Baseball games with our national anthem, sung for celebrities and world leaders, and performed at some of the most exclusive private clubs in the country. Her greatest honor to date was performing at the Governor’s Ball in The White House, backed by the United States Marine Band, Navy Sea Chanters, and Air Force Singing Sergeants.
Jenene’s signature shows include “Celebrating Celine”, the ultimate tribute to Celine Dion; “Icons & Divas”, a tribute to the biggest voices of our generation; and “Broadway to the Big Screen” featuring hits from famous theatrical shows and iconic movies.
